Description

(Donor & vendor accounts, chaplaincy fees, credit cards, bank accounts, utilities, taxes, donations, deployments and events) • Corporate filings, including tax exemption, charitable solicitation, credit applications • Making recommendations for improvements, savings and efficiencies relating to finances, accounts and taxes. • Providing accurate and timely reports for leadership, monthly donation reports for staff • Administrative role of maintaining donor and vendor files, accounts, service and support (phone interaction, credit applications, electronic and paper correspondence, as required). • Administrative role of maintaining Christ In Action's corporate tax & government accounts alongside of CIA's CPA (tax-exemptions, business licenses, charitable solicitation, donation & expense reporting, taxes withheld) • Administrative role of year-end accounting tasks, including income tax/990 filing, donor statements, issuing w2s/1099s and other tax forms • Other responsibilities as assigned

Description
The Facilities/Warehouse (Logistics) Manager shall report to the Director of Operations, working alongside and in coordination with Executive staff to arrange priorities, disseminate/execute inventory tasks, and work within budgets, ensuring the vision and mission of the ministry is upheld in the highest regard. The Inventory/Warehouse (Logistics) Manager may oversee a team of staff/volunteers to maintain CIA's inventory and warehouse. Posess spiritual, emotional and behavioral maturity, reflected in the following areas: • Servant's heart and desire to please God • Ability to develop and follow procedures and work well with others as part of a team • Leadership skills to motivate and effectively engage a combination of staff and volunteers • Ability to delegate, communicate effectively and give clear instructions • Ability to be flexible and think on-the-fly in high-stress environments • Ability to keep, organize and maintain large amounts of information • Able to maintain a healthy balance of ministry and family life Experience and Education The Inventory/Warehouse Manager position requires: • Six years minimum experience in a logistics or related field • Basic general computer knowledge, with a trainable mind and teachable spirit • Thorough knowledge of industry-standard inventory procedures • Basic knowledge of spreadsheets • Forklift and safety certification Inventory/Warehouse Manager Responsibilities The Inventory/Warehouse Manager shall be responsible for: • Knowledge of all inventory and equipment across the breadth of the ministry: fixed assets (vehicles, trailers, equipment over $1000), inventory items (non-consumable), and supplies (consumable). • Making recommendations for improvements, savings and efficiencies relating to equipment and inventory (procedures, procurement, roles & responsibilities). • Complete (or delegate) inventory/warehouse tasks, taking into account priorities as coordinated with other staff. • Oversee and coordinate tracking of gifts-in-kind with bookkeeper and CPA. • Providing accurate and timely reports for leadership • Administrative role of maintaining equipment purchase, manual and maintenance records. • Other responsibilities as assigned

(Office PCs/Macs, Mobile PCs, Wireless, Security for facilities, deployments and events) • Making recommendations for improvements and efficiencies relating to technology solutions and equipment. • Overseeing of technology projects and upgrades to existing systems. • Administrative role of network administrator with respect to hardware, software, maintenance, user training, service and support. • Administrative role of systems administrator with respect to hardware, software, maintenance, user training, service and support: Phone, CRM, CMMS, Quickbooks, Office Suite. • Maintaining and managing the Christ In Action website/email systems and support team. • Depending on applicant’s background, administration of media design department may be included. • Other responsibilities as assigned

The Grounds/Facilities Maintenance Technician may work with a team of staff/volunteers to maintain CIA's grounds and facilites. Posess spiritual, emotional and behavioral maturity, reflected in the following areas: • Servant's heart and desire to please God • Ability to follow instructions and work well with others as part of a team • Ability to communicate effectively • Able to maintain a healthy balance of ministry and family life Experience and Education The Grounds/Facilities Maintenance Technician position requires: • Two years minimum experience in a facilities maintenance, logistics or related field • Basic general computer knowledge helpful, with a trainable mind and teachable spirit Grounds/Facilities Maintenance Technician Responsibilities The Grounds/Facilities Maintenance Technician shall be responsible for: • Knowledge of the Christ In Action grounds/facilities owned and rented in the Northern Virginia region • Making recommendations for improvements, savings and efficiencies relating to grounds and facilities • Complete (or delegate) tasks (lawn care, repairs, pest control, cleaning) to care for and maintain the grounds/facilities to keep them in neat, professional and working order, taking into account priorities as coordinated with other staff. • Providing accurate and timely reports of needs, damages, propsed solutions and project cost estimates for leadership • Determine and arrange for routine maintenance and inspections needed for grounds/facilities (i.e., fire sprinkler, fire extinguisher, HVAC filters, safety, etc) • Identify and propose solutions for safety concerns • Administrative role of maintaining purchase, manual, inspection and maintenance records. • Other responsibilities as assigned
