CANCELLATION POLICY
If requested at least two weeks prior, cancellations are allowed and a full refund will be given. No refunds will be given within two weeks of the event date; however, you may transfer your paid registration to another person, so long as it is done at least 1 week before the training. After this date, no transfers or refunds can be made. You may call our office, write or send an email so long as you connect with someone at least 5 business days prior to the event. Your registration and payment are confirmation that you have read and accepted the conditions outlined in this notice. In the event the staff finds it necessary to cancel a course because of insufficient registration or other reasons beyond our control, notice will be given to all affected registrants as soon as possible and a full refund of canceled course fees paid will be given to the registrants affected.
MEDIA POLICY
NOTICE REGARDING AUDIO/VIDEO RECORDING OF EVENTS
When you enter a Christ In Action (CIA) event, such as a Disaster Preparedness Seminar (DPS), you will be entering an area where photography, video and audio recording may occur.
By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on web sites, or any other purpose by CIA and its affiliates and representatives. You release CIA, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings.
By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such exhibiting, broadcasting, webcasting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by Christ In Action or the person or entity designated to do so by CIA.
You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event.

Christ In Action (CIA) is committed to protecting your personal information and will not release or sell your information to third-parties. All information is stored and transmitted securely. Due to the nature of our ministry, CIA will periodically send email and postal mail correspondence for Faith-Based First Responders (FBFR) and other ministry-related updates. By using the links within those emails, you may choose to opt-out of these messages or select which specific correspondence you wish to receive.
