Help Families Recover After July Flooding

In mid-July, severe flooding from an onslaught of rain moved homes from their foundations and flooded to the ceilings of many homes. Hundreds of families are still cleaning our drywall, insulation, crawl spaces, an overwhelming cleanup - and many simply don't have the ability, equipment, or help they need. That's where YOU come in. 

On August 29, volunteers from across the region will gather in Buckhannon, WV for SERVE Day to help neighbors in surrounding communities clear storm damage and begin moving forward.
You don't have to be an expert
You just have to be willing to show up and SERVE

Our experienced teams will guide the work, and there are jobs for everyone:
Cutting and removing drywall, insulation and flooring
Removing duct work from underneath homes
Helping homeowners clear debris from their homes
Encouraging and praying with families who have been through a lot

Your time and energy can make a real difference for a family that's feeling overwhelmed.

Bring your friends, family, small group, or church team and come serve for a few hours or the whole day. No cost. Breakfast and Lunch are included, but signup is required at christinaction.com/serveday
